Traditionally, the Drawing of Lots for the Champions League was followed by the draw for the second and third-tier – the CEV Cup and the CEV Challenge Cup.
As announced earlier, the 2021 CEV Cup will start from the 16th Finals and will feature 32 clubs per gender of which 16 clubs per gender are to join after being eliminated in early rounds of the Champions League. Home matches of the 16th Finals are scheduled for November 10-12 and away matches for November 17-19 for men and November 24-26 for women.

As for the Challenge Cup, the men’s competition will kick off on October 6-8 with a pre-16th Finals clash between Austria’s UVC Holding Graz and winners of the BVA Cup and resume with the 16th Finals played in home and away matches format (November 3-5 and November 10-12):
