Levallois Paris Saint-Cloud earned its first Women’s Champions League win by defeating DevelopRes Rzeszów 3–2 after a tight tie-break that capped a momentum-shifting match.

Levallois controlled the opening sets, 25–22 and 25–19, taking advantage of late errors by the Polish champions. DevelopRes answered with a strong turnaround in the third and fourth sets, using seven combined aces to level the match and push it to a decisive fifth.
Rzeszów opened the tie-break with a 4–1 lead, but the French hosts quickly rallied. After the score reached 10–10, Levallois pulled ahead for good. Czech outside hitter Magdalena Bukovská scored the final three points, including the match-winning serve, sealing a 15–13 victory.
Zuzana Šepeľová led Levallois with 15 points, while Magdalena Bukovská added 14. Taylor Bannister finished with 23 for DevelopRes.
The win marks the first Champions League victory for a French club since 2023, ending a long drought for teams from France. DevelopRes, which won its opening match against Marica Plovdiv, leave France with their first loss of the group phase.
