WGCC 2017 W: China beat Japan to give USA the bronze medal!

The Japanese girl didn’t manage to defeat China so the bronze medal has slipped away to the hands of the U.S. girls.

For China, it was almost a friendly game since they won the gold before this match. However, the Chinese girls played with a full throttle, defeating Japan in four sets 25-22, 24-26, 25-18, 25-16.

Zhu Ting was the best player of the game with 26 points, while Risa Shinnabe and Rika Nomoto had 17 points each.

This outcome means that the bronze medal goes to USA!

Grand Champions Cup 2017, day 5:

Russia – South Korea 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-21)

USA – Brazil 0-3 (20-25, 23-25, 19-25)

China – Japan 3-1 (25-22, 24-26, 25-18, 25-16)
