Cameroon beat Nigeria 3-0 (26-24, 25-20, 25-19) while Morocco join them after the result meant they finished as runners-up.
They will now join Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, DR Congo, Libya and Rwanda who reached the quarterfinals earlier in the tournament.
