Tours and Paris played one more historic game.

Tours

In the French Supercup two big rivals presented a five-set thriller, and eventually Tours prevailed and completed a “triple” in domestic competitions (Championship, Cup, Supercup).

We saw a beautiful game and a lot of mistakes. But it is normal, as we are at the beginning of the new season. We saw a great team of Paris which caused us a lot of problems. Eventually it could have gone either way. Tours was assumed as a cleared favorite, and that pressure was not easy to handle” said Mauricio Paes, coach of Tours.

On the other side, Dorian Rougeyron, coach of Paris said:

Eventually, it came down to details. One trophy has slipped from our hands and it is a bit frustrating to lose when you are so close. But, I am sure that we will better.”
