These days, some rumors have been circulating of Bernardi’s engagement in the Russia Men’s National Team. Piacenza decided to put an end to them and offered a new contract to the head coach. The President of the SuperLega side, Elisabetta Curti, revealed it to the media in Italy.
“Bernardi will remain with us, only the signature is missing. We are talking about everything, we must agree to a few more aspects. However, I believe that the signature on the contract will arrive in the coming days. He isn’t only a coach who wants to win, he’ll be able to help us grow further as a club as well,” she said.
