Macerata
It was a real game of volleyball giants, full of excitement and amazing moves. But, this time Macerata had something which gave it slight advantage – defense!
In crucial points home team managed to save some tough balls, like for example in the second set when Lube survived two excellent attacks of Modena and then performed even better counter through Zaystev.
That point doubled the overall lead of Macerata, but also raised the moral of players significantly. Blocking and serving became even better in the third set, with constantly strong defense it was enough for the maximum win.
