The regular-season winners Ub prevailed over 2nd-seed TENT Obrenovac in the 5th match of the 2020/21 Serbian Women’s Banka Poštanska štedionica Superliga playoff finals and became the national champions for the first time in the club history. In a match full of upheavals, TENT managed to come back after two sets behind but did not have the strength to make a full turnaround: 3-2 (25-15, 25-21, 19-25, 18-25, 15-11). A 3-2 was also a score in the series.

Jelena Vulin notched 28 points for the new titleholders in Game 5. Sara Carić led TENT with 19 points. Montenegrin Saška Đurović and Jovana Cvetković set up 4 blocks apiece.
