Fayazi
The club published that Pourya Fayazi, the outside hitter/receiver and occasional member of Iran’s NT, definitely ended season due to knee injury that he suffered in November. The MRI showed that the it is more severe then it looked like at first glance and that the knee is badly damaged.
Urmia rapidly works to hire his replacement, domestic or foreign, but as their coach emphasized, at the moment, it’s hard to find a good player without contract.
If not, Urmia will wait for a mid-season break and then find a new player to compensate Fayazi’s absence.
