This is why Manon Flier has been without club since the beginning of the season. She is pregnant! The player herself confirmed this info for Dutch website nos.nl:
“I had two big dreams, to play at the Olympics and to be a mother. At the end the second dream was bigger,” said Manon Flier.
The Netherlands will play at the European Olympic Qualifier in Ankara, 4-9 January.
