The action turned into a tremendous success as many kids could visit for the first time the splendid facilities of the “Lotto Dôme” where the coaches of the youth division set up some interesting and captivating activities for the visitors. The game played by Noliko against VBC WAREMME was just the icing on the cake for the young fans of Belgium’s national champion as the local heroes cruised to a 3:0 win (25-20, 25-15, and 25-18) to the delight of this “exclusive” audience.
After the match, the children started running around to get as many autographs as possible from their heroes and the players were evidently impressed by so much enthusiasm. “It feels great to play for such an enthusiastic crowd, it really lifts you up” said libero Bert Derkoningen.
