Next week Budvanska Rivijera will then travel to Siberia to play there group leader Lokomotiv NOVOSIBIRSK for what looks like a mission impossible.
“We can only play our best and show all of our commitment to improve on the impression we have left so far and try to finish third in our group” says head coach Sinisa Reljic. “It is really a shame that we haven’t scored any win so far in the competition and so we have to compensate for this via the home match with Jihostroj. It is going to be difficult but I still hope we can step up and continue our European campaign, maybe in the Challenge Round of the CEV Cup”.
“If we score this home win, than everything remains open up to the last round” adds Nemanja Dukic. “We suffer because we lack high-quality matches in our national league but I do hope that on Wednesday we’ll leave the last spot in the standings to our Czech opponents”.
Libero Ivan Rasovic hopes to repeat the good performance displayed in Germany while playing BERLIN Recycling Volleys. “We have our chances with the Czechs as long as we reduce our errors to a minimum and play with the same quality we did in Berlin. It depends only on us but I think we all believe we can go for a win”.
