POL M: Świderski new coach of ZAKSA

The new coach of Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle for the next two seasons is Sebastian Swiderski, ex assistant of Daniel Castellani. He has since participated in the Olympic Games at both Athens in 2004 and Beijing in 2008 for Poland.

Sebastian Świderski (born 1977 in Poland), after very successful playing career, last year has become a coach.

Otherwise, his first professional club as a player was Znicz Gorzów Wlkp. After that he played for Lube Banca Macerata in Italy and he has also played for Mostostal-Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle in Poland and Perugia Volley in Italy.

Świderski made his international debut for Poland in December 1997 against Israel. He has participated in the Olympic Games at Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008, both times finishing at 5th place. He was also a member of the team which won the silver medal at the 2006 World Championships.
