His name is Marek Solarewicz, 29-year-old Polish expert who is in the club since 2009. He firstly worked as a team statistician, while in 2011 he became an assistant coach. He was working together with Rafal Blaszczyk, Tore Aleksandersen and Nicola Negro, while in the second part of the previous season he was helping president Jacek Grabowski in leading the first team.

“About a month ago I knew that Marek Solarewicz will become the new head coach. I had the opportunity to work with him and his coaching skills convinced me to give him a chance,” said Grabowski.

Impel Worclaw finished the previous season at the 3rd place in OrlenLiga.
