The player was in Qatar and started training with his club Al Rayyan but he had to go back to Istanbul because it looks like his club Fenerbahce (has one more year of contract) didn’t give him a release letter to play The Emir Cup held in this moment in Doha.
Marshall had several injuries during this season that made him stop practice and play games with Istanbul top team, but it also seems that Fenerbahce changed their plans regarding his contract.
