“If you combine the European Cups and the Turkish national league we have played 10 matches in about a month” says Eczacibasi head coach Lorenzo Micelli. “Though we have been plagued by many injuries and other problems, we have a good roster and so far we have been able to prepare the best way for every single match. RC CANNES is a very tough opponent and they have a lot of experience in this competition. We already crossed our ways many times and know each other very well. Our preparations continue in full swing and we want to be the winner on Thursday. We also hope that many fans will come to the hall for a great Volleyball night” he adds.

“We have been waiting for this game since the start of the season” stresses Eczacibasi captain Esra Gümüs. “We are in good shape and only Helena Havelkova won’t be with us because she is still struggling with an injury. We will play our best so as to be the winning side in the end.”
