Halkbank Ankara has announced the signing of Dick Kooy as their latest addition. Kooy previously played for Halkbank during the 2015-2017 seasons. In the 2023/24 season, he represented Fenerbahce, another top Turkish club. His extensive career began in the 2005/06 season with VC Allvo and has seen him play for prestigious teams including Ortec Rotterdam Nesselande, Casa Modena, Cucine Lube Banca Marche Macerata, ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Dynamo Moscow, Gas Sales Piacenza, Itas Trentino, and PGE Skra Bełchatów.
