Leonel Marshall had a very turbulent transfer period and he revealed for sportowefakty.pl some things which have happened during the summer.

Marshall left Fenerbahce Grundig at the end of the last season and eventually he signed for Arkas. But what happened meanwhile…

Fenerbahce President assured me that doors of his club are always open for me. But, after four years in Istanbul, I needed something new. I received many offers during the summer, including a very interesting one to return to Piacenza. Also, Milano called me to come… But, I wanted to stay in Turkey for a year or two more and then perhaps return to Italy” said Cuban player and added:

Glenn Hoag (head coach of Arkas) asked me to participate in an interesting project and I decided to sign for Arkas. We have a pretty good team with a lot of young players. I came to Arkas to win everything possible” concluded Marshall.
