The video itself is quite self explanatory. Just keep in mind to do these 3 times throughout the day. One set for each of the stretching exercises is 10 reps. Do 3 sets a day, but do them whenever you have time and you’ll be fine. As for the isometric/strengthening exercises, do them 3 times/sets a day. With the rep scheme being a 5 second hold while executing each direction 5 times. Hopefully this makes sense lol. If not, comment below or message me and i’ll reply as soon as i can.
