The future of the Cuban receiver Osmany Junatorena is in some Italian club, most likely in Cucine Lube Banca Marche Treia. Recall, in the statement for our website, he confirmed the interest of Serie A1 champions.
Now, Halkbank’s eyes are focused among others on Taylor Sander, who successfully presented himself in Italian Calzedonia Verona.
A 23-year-old American plays his first professional season (performed previously in college).
Sander collected 316 points in Serie A1 so far, attacking with a high, 51% of efficiency, being the best scorer in Verona.

What about Mange?
Sander can help Halkbank but Halkbank cant help Sander to improve. its better for him to play in a better league than turkish league
There are rumours that Mange will sign in Halkbank also…
I’ve just heard also one big rumor that Adam Weiß is going to sign next year for Halkbank!!
What about Alexsander Spriovski?
What about Scott Touzinsky(Olimpic Champion)?
Few players can replace Osmany ..this one ,no ..
How those should replace the best player in the world? Or is Halkbank with smaller plans next season?
Halkbank has big plans for the next season. They are interested about some players from German teams
People what are you talking about? Sander is not worse than O($many), he is MVP of last WL, big talent. There are many overrated surnames where is only big surname and there are many players who play at this moment not worse than them, especially these who are younger than them, time changing reality, wake up. Osmany getting many injuries for key moments at season, he is getting older and older it wasnt his first time like this in Halkbank. The biggest problem for Halkbank and all turkish league is low level and it seems Halkbank is interested in players from german league, this team will be still so unbalanced, like in this season, becaus turkish setter, libero are big sh..t
He will go there because of the money they give him! I agree with member X that he is young, but you also have to know about the organization there in Turkey: if you get injured, you have to go somewhere out of Turkey to get rehabilitation. Medical staff for sport, especially for volleyball does not exist! It is nice to take money, but also this you have to take in consideration. I know many foreign players who had problems and had to go some other country. And Osmany is not an old player…
Sander is great player but what about Petric or Ivovic?
Maybe De Marchi will sign next season for Halkbank..
They are even better than Sander..you can’t compere
De Marchi is not playing at all in German League and when he does it was low performance all over the season.
Sander is too good for turkish league and he is only teenager… He could play now in one of finalists of champions league without any complexes. You said don’t compare Ivovic or Petric to Sander. Yes, but it’s a bit complicated. Ivovic or Petric play right now in top clubs in Europe, their skills are growing and growing faster than Sanders because Sander is now in much worse club but all skills are really similar and the main reason is he didn’t have possibility to perform this, and still will not have if he would choose Halkbank. He should choose club which play in CL but also with balanced squad with classy setter like Christenson in USA NT is, I mean where are all players at his level. First Verona after he became MVP of WL and he could choose much better club, now Halkbank… What’s wrong with this guy, it’s suicide.
Turkish league is place for Italiyan cosa n..to take money and sell fog!
@Suli It is not the problem who sells, the problem is who buys and gives that much money!!!
