Songs of victory can be heard in Krasnodar at this very moment! Dinamo have defeated Galatasaray in the 2nd leg of the CEV Cup Finals and have therefore won the prestigious trophy for the second year in a row!

After losing the 1st leg in Istanbul by 3-2, the Russian side scored a straight sets win in the rematch! The third and the final set was especially exciting, Galatasaray had two chances to close the set and to reduce the overall deficit, but after missing them they got punished. Dinamo Krasnodar seized the set at 29:27 and clinched the trophy!

Nataliya Malykh played an amazing game. She has been the main attacking power of Dinamo Krasnodar throughout the match, while she also scored the most important points in the finish of the match.

Yes, we won more points in total, but we lost every critical points and 5 head to head sets out of 6. Krasnodar played smarter for sure. Malyk was impressive. I am upset that we did not have anyone to help Centoni. congratulations to Krasnodar. I like very much the plays of its setter. She was the real star of this series.
