The Serbian volleyball player Nikola Kovacevic, has signed the contract with the Polish champion, Asseco Resovia.

A 29-year-old (193 cm tall) Kovacevic, last season in the Russian Super League played for team Gubernija Nizhny Novgorod. In 22 matches he scored 246 points, with 59 % efficiency in reception and 46% in attack. During the last European championship he won with his national team the gold medal, and took home the award for best receiver of the tournament.
