Despite having an advanced age for a volleyball player, Brazilian Marlon Yared will continue with an active career.

Marlon, one of the world’s best setters in the first decade of the 2000s, who recently turned 43, will be playing another professional season.

The world champion in 2010 with Brazil National Team has signed for the third division (Superliga C) side in his home country, Fera/IFF/Vôlei Campos. A two-time FIVB World League and South American Championship winner wore the jersey of Sesc-RJ, who ceased to exist, last season.

CHN M: Chinese federation gives in to pressure, male foreigners will play Super League

Great news on the Men's Super League. The Women's you referred to in the news is actually not the same with the Super League though. It is a separate tournament roughly called National Championships where the provincial teams compete for the top honour. Women's Super League won't start until much later. If foreign players are allowed in Men's tournament, then it only.makes sense the same would apply to the women's. Let's keep our fingers and toes crossed! Reply
