Savino Del Bene Volley has officially confirmed that Maja Ognjenovic and Ekaterina Antropova will remain with the team for the 2024/2025 season.
Serbian setter Maja Ognjenovic, who played a crucial role in the last season with 42 appearances across Serie A1, Coppa Italia, and CEV Champions League, will continue lead team offense. The 39-year-old veteran is also set to compete in the Olympics with the Serbian national team.
Ekaterina Antropova, currently competing in the Volley Nations League with Italy, will enter her fourth consecutive season with Savino Del Bene. The 21-year-old opposite was the top scorer in Serie A1 last season with 700 points, also leading in aces and blocks.
