This information has been confirmed by Divis’ agent Dmitryy Rezvanov.
“Divis is on the wide list. He is ready to play for the national team of Russia” says Rezvanov.
Divis got the Russian citizenship a few years ago, as he could play in Russia as a domestic player. As he said earlier, he didn’t have plans to play for Russian national team.
But, it seems that he changed his minds. In 2014, he decided to leave the Slovak national team.
