Since Roberley Leonaldo ’Rubinho’ refused to stay in the coaching staff of Brazil, hurt by the fact he was not appointed instead of Bernardo Rezende, new head coach of the Olympic champions, Renan, had to find new solution.

Among many big names of Brazilian Men’s volleyball, Renan decided to complement staff with Marcelo Fronckowiak, a coach of Men’s team Lebes/Gedore/Canoas, Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) published on their website.

Fronckowiak is a one-time Brazilian Superliga winner with his current club (in 2002), being announced Best Superliga coach that year, who also has several silver medals won in Brazil and Europe in various competitions.
