Developres did the most of the job in booking their ticket for the pool stage of the 2018 CEV Champions League in the 1st leg of the Qualifiers – Round 3 in Slovenia, four days ago when they beat Nova KBM Branik Maribor by a 3-1. So, in the rematch, in front of own crowd, the Polish side had to win two sets to see their name in the Drawing of Lots for this season’s edition of the tournament. And they did it already in the first two sets of the tonight’s game. The Belgian Hélène Rousseaux topped Developres with 16 points. Iza Mlakar poured 31 points for Branik.

The runners-up Imoco Volley Conegliano from Italy once again wrecked the Duch Sliedrecht Sport. Just like in the 1st leg, it was 3-0 in the rematch as well. The Mexican Samantha Bricio made 12 points for Imoco while Christie Wolt scored 6 for the visiting side.

These two teams, among which there is another debutant beside Developres, also secured their berth on the pool stage throughout Qualifications.
