Two days after being accused of assaulting a controller at the train station in Paris, Earvin Ngapeth showed up yesterday at the criminal court and the judges decided to call two sides again in autumn.
After a confrontation with two witnesses of the incident, the Frenchman left the court before 20:00 pm last night.
The new trial is scheduled for autumn (September or October). The judges will then decide who is guilty and determine the sentence. As from the beginning of this case, Ngapeth and his lawyer didn’t want to speak.
