The troubles of Earvin Ngapeth are far from over! The president of the Criminal Court in Montpellier has suggested today a three months suspended sentence for Ngapeth!

He didn’t show up again and judges have made this decision. According to his lawyer, he couldn’t come because he had to prepare for the next match of the Italian Championship, reports actuvolley.com.

Modena’s player is charged for a fight in nightclub in August 2012. Earvin has the right to appeal.
