In the first part of the interview Spiridonov revealed who si the best player in the world. Let’s see what he has told in the second part…
– Do you have a dream of becoming a volleyball coach?
“Right now, I`m not thinking about coaching career. I don`t want to be a coach. And after my retirement, I don`t want to work in volleyball sphere. I want to have my own business and control it by myself!”
-Iranian fans want to know what do you think about their setter Saeid Marouf?
“WHERE IS SAEID??? ONLY MAROUF!”– fires another joke Spiridonov.
In case you didn’t understand the joke we will explain it to you. When Zenit were publishing photos of their players in the last season, Iranians fans used to write in comments “Where’s Saeid?”; “Only marouf”…but, we wanted serious answer.
“He is a very good player! One of the best setters and I understood him after he left Kazan.”
– Why he didn`t show his best volleyball in Zenit last season in your opinion?
“Because of limit of foreign players in Russian Superleague, I think. Without this limit, I think he would have shown the best of him, for sure.”
– Who do you love most in the world?
“My daughter! I love her more than anyone.”
– And what do you love most in the world?
“Maybe restaurants!”
– What are the brightest memories of this 2015?
“First of all it`s a golden year for me and our team! We won everything in when we speak about club’s competition this year. So I`m waiting the same from 2016!”
– What are your expectations for 2016?
“First of all I’m waiting for the snow in Kazan” says Spirik while laughing and adds – “I’m waiting for good and productive year without injuries first. This is my expectation in 2016.
