“Oranje” defeated Czech Republic at home with 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-21) and seized the first place in Pool E in front of Portugal. Therefore the last game of the Pool between Portugal and South Korea (18 CET) will not affect the final standings.
Pool E, standings: Netherlands 24 (9-3), Portugal 19 (6-5), Czech Republic 15 (6-6), South Korea 11 (2-9).
So we know the names of all four teams which will travel to Sydney to play on the Final Four of the Second Division. Those are host Australia, then France, Belgium and Netherlands. The winner will collect one remaining ticket for the grand finale of the World League 2014 – Final Six in Florence.
