Bulgaria has won the Boris Yeltsin Cup 2014 after beating Russia 3-2 (16-25, 25-20, 28-30, 25-23, 15-11) in the final!

Bulgarian players have shown a great mental power as they haven’t surrender despite a tough loss in the third set. They remained calm and won the next one which was pretty close as well.

In the tie-break, Bulgaria has opened the score with 8-3, and secured the lead until the end.

In the winning side Emilia Nikolova scored 24 points, while Dobriana Rabadzhieva added 19. On the other side, Anastasia Bavikina with 24 points was the top scorer for Russia.
