Today, the Women’s U18 European Volleyball Championship concluded.
Gold Medal Match: Bulgaria vs. Belgium Bulgaria dominated Belgium in the gold medal match, winning 3-0 with set scores of 25:15, 25:18, and 28:26. Bulgaria’s powerful serves and strategic plays secured them the championship title, while Belgium earned a commendable silver medal.
Bronze Medal Match: Italy vs. Poland Italy clinched the bronze in a hard-fought five-set match against Poland. Despite losing the first set 25:18, Italy bounced back to win the next two sets 25:17 and 25:16. Poland forced a fifth set by winning the fourth 25:20, but Italy prevailed in the final set 15:9.
As the championship concludes, Bulgaria emerges as the new U18 European champions, with Belgium and Italy completing the podium.
