“This is a completely different situation, compared with the European Championship 2015. We went there after taking the gold at the World Championship. Now, we have a new situation, new team and a new head coach. I think, the game against Slovenia will be interesting. I know that Slovenia have some advantages but we will try to limit them. These are not random players. Tine Urnaut, Mitja Gasparini or Alen Pajenk. We know them, they played in Plusliga and other leading leagues. I hope we can beat them,” says Bartosz Kurek.
Poland and Slovenia are playing at 20:30 CET, in the playoffs of the European championship.
