The FIVB Board of Administration, after conducting a thorough review of the FIVB Legal Commission’s findings, reiterated its previous ruling. It stated that all Russian and Belarusian volleyballl national teams, clubs, officials, and athletes in beach volleyball and snow volleyball will remain ineligible to participate in any international and continental events until further notice. This decision aligns with the IOC’s most recent guidelines.

Furthermore, it was determined that Russia and Belarus will not be listed in the World Rankings for the duration of their non-participation in events. Their ranking points will remain frozen as per the decision made by the FIVB Board of Administration in October 2022.
