Giampaolo Medei took over the Beauvais after spending two seasons in Narbonne, leading them to semifinals of the French Championship in the 2012/2013 season and unfortunately relegation in the next one, due to big financial problems.

If someone can be called an experienced coach it’s Medei. At the (for coaches) young age of 41, he was already assistant and head coach at some of the top Italian teams like Lube and Casa Modena, and if Beauvais want’s to achieve something big, he is the right person to turn to.
