Home team could make even larger surprise and defeat Schweriner in straight sets. It had the 2-0 lead but gave the initiative to the opponent who managed to reach the tiebreak.
In the fifth set, Münster gained the lead from the start (5-3) but the guests turned it over (10-7). With the score of 12-11 for Schweriner, home team made 4-0 run and started to celebrate.
Wiebke Silge and Julia Schäfer, both scored 12 points for the winning team.
Saskia Hippe had 20 in Schweriner while Lousiane Souza Ziegler added 10.
