In the first matches of the series in the format “best-of-three”, Al Rayyan SC defeated Al Arabi SC 3-2 (25-23, 23-25, 18-25, 25-19, 15-11) and Police SC beat Qatar SC 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-21).

Antonin Rouzier with 27 points scored was the top scorer of Al Rayyan SC, while Brazilian Marcus Vinicius De Souza Costa added 15 points. Rozalin Penchev with 21 points was the top scorer in Al Arabi SC, Michal Finger and Renan Ribeiro added 11 points each.
Police SC – Qatar SC 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-21)
Willner Rivas scored 14 points, Oliver Venno and Osman Abdulwahid added per 11 for Police SC.
In Qatar SC Youssef Oughlef was the top scorer with 18 points while Branimir Grozdanov added 11.
Next clashes in the semifinal series are scheduled for tomorrow, October 26, 2020.
