Grupa Azoty Chemik Police gave no chance to UNI Opole in the first match of the 2021/22 TAURON Liga playoff quarter-finals: 3-0 (25-21, 25-10, 25-18). Such a difference in class between the best team of the regular season against the team that is a newcomer to the Polish elite and was ranked 8th was expected. Serbian Jovana Brakočević-Canzian was the top scorer in Chemik with 18 points. Marlena Kowalewska served 4 aces.
