Czarni informed that Nawrocki, by mutual agreement, ceased to perform the duties of the head coach. The team from Radom is currently in the penultimate place in the 2022–23 PlusLiga table.

Nawrocki is an experienced expert, who this year switched from women’s volleyball to working with men after almost a decade, having most successes commanding PGE Skra Bełchatów, with whom he became the Polish champion in 2010 and 2011. From 2015 to 2021, Nawrocki was the coach of the Poland Women’s National Team. During the previous season, he parted ways with Grupa Azoty Chemik Police.
