It was U18 competition, but still, it is a huge success for Gamova who just entered the coaching world.
“I love the girls. I am just happy that we won the European Championship. I tried my best at this tournament and helped the girls where I could. It is a great job and I will do it as long as I can,’’ says Gamova, the assistant coach of Russian national team.
Recall that Russia downed Italy in the final to win the trophy.
