“We were almost with a tickets back home” said Grbić

Serbia has defeated Poland in a difficult match and took a ticket for the semifinal of the World League 2015.

Nikola Grbić, head coach of Serbia: “We were almost with a ticket back home, but then we mannaged to win a very difficult game against the world champions. So I am very satisfied and the victory is for all team, because everybody had a small part in this game, everybody contributed to this victory. Two month of a hard workd did not went forgotten because of one bad day. That is why I am so happy. I do not know what will happen tomorrow. We are on the semifinals on this very prestigious tournament, with really strong teams to play against. So the court will show who will interpret better tomorrow morning

Stephane Antiga, head coach of Poland: “I don’t like to loose. We are qualified for the semifinal in first place of the pool, but we shoud have played better, had more control of block and dig. We could win in some moments but we didn’t.  We have to be stronger tomorrow. Serbia played better than the first game, against Italy. We are ready and focus to the next match.”
