With the latest departure from the club, Vôlei Funvic Natal resembles less and less to the team that is capable of interfering in any serious fight for trophies in Brazilian men’s volleyball this season.
After parting ways with the head coach Javier Weber, Funvic, the defending club champions of Brazil, will no longer count on an important member of this season’s roster – the captain Murilo Radke.
The 32-year-old setter was brought to the Natal side in the off-season to compensate for the departures of Bruno Rezende ’Bruninho’ and Raphael Oliveira ’Rapha’. However, a former Brazil National Team member with which he took Pan American Games and Pan-American Cup once each, decided to leave and join Turkey’s Bursa B.şehir Bld.
