The Cuban female volleyball star Melissa Vargas has returned to Fenerbahçe Opet after less than a year.
Turkey’s Fenerbahçe officialized the arrival of their former player Vargas after she won the championship with the Chinese team Tianjin. The 22-year-old Cuban star with a Turkish passport thus returned to the ranks of the club for which she competed for 3 seasons before moving to play in Asia.
With Vargas in the team, Fenerbahçe will now have much more chances of taking the title in Turkey. They were one of the major favorites to do so even before the opposite hitter came from Tianjin.
