“I want to create a team of which the whole volleyball world will be scared of. However, that requires time. We have two very tough jobs in the next period – To make good results with the first team and to give a chance to the young players. And the most difficult of all is that we need to do both of that at the same time. The problem is that many young players are just watching the games from the subs corners currently in the Turkish league. I will call only the young players who are playing for their teams,” said Guidetti.
