Ziraat Bankası Ankara really got it going on in the Turkish Men’s volleyball Championship Efeler Ligi.

Ziraat-vs-Galatasaray

The team from the Turkish capital city, Ziraat, was probably the most active in the summer transfer market and it’s already paying them off as they achieved the fourth win in a row in as many as rounds in the national league.

This time, Ziraat beat Galatasaray in straight sets, partially 25-21, 25-23, 25-17. The Polish star Bartosz Kurek still did not make his debut for Ziraat but his compatriot Dawid Konarski proved to be the jackpot for the club. He scored 16 points and was, again, the best scorer of his team, while Vahit Emre Savaş continued to make some stunning blocking displays, setting 6 kill blocks today. Yasin Aydın notched 15 points for ‘Galata’.
