By beating İstanbul BBSK in straight sets, the defending champions Halkbank extended their winning streak in Efeler Ligi to 11 games, suffering their last defeat in the tournament so far on October 15th, 2017.

Unlike previous round in which they took over the lead in the standings from Ziraat Bankası, Halkbank played with full composition today and exactly one of the returnees was their best scorer against İstanbul BBSK, the Cuban Fernando Hernández with 14 points. Serhat Coşkun made 11 for the losing side.
