The captain Wilfredo Leon Venero and Yoandri Diaz Carmenate were excluded from the national selection of Cuba.

The attacker and the setter of Cuban national team had sought an agreement to have the opportunity to play abroad but the Cuban Federation doesn`t want to change its policy.
Now, it remains to be seen whether the two of them will be suspended for 2 years before Leon and Diaz will debut for some foreign club.
