Her boyfriend is a former handball player Ognjen Kajganić and their love has begun after his participation in the reality program “The Survivor”.
Before Ognjen, Ivana was married for the handball player Boris Stanković and few years she has been in the relationship with one of the best swimmers of the world, Milorad Čavić.
