She was immediately taken to the hospital where the doctors gave her anesthesia and managed to put the ankle back into place.
At the end of the game which they dedicated to Thaísa and in which they secured Final Four spot, Eczacıbaşı players went to the hospital to support their teammate.
“We are all shocked. The experience of what happened during the match made us all sad. After Thaísa left, we played for her. We are giving her a gift. I hope she will get back to the old health as soon as possible,” Eczacıbaşı captain Neslihan Demir Güler said.
